Shipping & Return Policy
- Crowned Swan uses USPS. All purchases are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Crowned Swan strives to ensure each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
- We personally inspect and package each item and ask that you inspect your purchase once it arrives! If your purchase arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can get it corrected for you.
- We hope you love every item, but returns are accepted if initiated within 5 business days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned unworn and any unreported damages will void the refund.
- All authorized returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of authorization.
- For any items postmarked more than 3 business days after authorization, you will be contacted and the items returned to you at your expense.
- Items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer store credit. Shipping is not refunded unless it is our error.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- Due to our limited quantities and the high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for Store Credit Only.
- We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item
- Discount codes cannot be added after a purchase is made.

Caring For Jewels
- Each product is inspected by our Crowned Swan Team before shipping.
- Jewels may come loose during shipping or over time.
- Designers recommend SuperGlue or E6000 to secure stones back in place.
